- The first step is a conversation — either a call or an on-site walk-through. We listen to what you want to build, share how we work, and follow up with next steps.
- How do you price a project?
- We work from a defined scope. After a walk-through and design conversation, we return an itemized proposal with allowances for finishes so you see exactly where your money goes.
- What areas do you serve?
- Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, Lake Worth, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Boynton Beach — plus the surrounding Palm Beach County communities.
- How long until you can start?
- Design and permitting typically run 6–12 weeks before ground breaks, depending on scope and municipality. We tell you the truth up front.
- Do you offer warranties?
- Yes — every project ships with a written workmanship warranty in addition to any manufacturer warranties on installed products.
